Terms and Conditions
for the Sportanlage Hadersfeld KG and the Freizeitcamps Conny und Vali OG
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Provider’)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts, bookings, and services provided by Sportanlage Hadersfeld KG and Freizeitcamps Conny und Vali OG, including, but not limited to:
- Tennis lessons (individual and group training)
- Courses, training blocks, and fast-learning courses
- Holiday, seasonal, and special camps
- Events, tournaments, and workshops
- Use of tennis courts and other facilities
Any agreements deviating from these terms must be confirmed in writing by the Provider.
1. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded through oral or written registration (e.g., via e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, or online form) and subsequent confirmation by the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to reject registrations without stating any reasons.
3. Scope of Services
The scope of services is determined by the respective course, training, or camp description on the website or in the booking confirmation.
- Group sizes are established for organizational and instructional purposes.
- There is no entitlement to specific instructors, groups, days, or times.
- The Provider is entitled to have instructors substituted or to employ external instructors.
- Training times include organizational activities (e.g., court maintenance, ball collection).
4. Participation Requirements & Personal Responsibility
Participation in all sporting activities is at your own risk.
The participant, or their legal guardian, confirms that there are no medical contraindications to participation. Any existing health limitations must be communicated before the commencement of training.
Proper sports attire and tennis shoes are required. Any borrowed equipment (e.g., rackets), if offered, is used at the participant’s own risk.
5. Children & Duty of Supervision
The Provider’s duty of supervision applies exclusively during the agreed training or care times.
Parents or legal guardians are obliged to:
- Bring and pick up children on time.
- Ensure that children do not independently leave the training area.
- Notify of any changes to pick-up arrangements or emergency contacts.
No liability or supervision is provided outside of the care hours.
6. Conduct & Exclusion from Training
Participants are required to comply with the instructors’ directives.
The Provider reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of:
- gross misconduct
- interference with the training program
- disregard of safety instructions
In this case, no refund is owed.
7. Prices & Payment Terms
The prices published on the website or in the booking confirmation at the time of booking apply.
- Courses, camps, and training blocks must be paid in advance.
- Invoices are due no later than 14 days from the invoice date.
- In the event of late payment, reminder fees and default interest may be charged.
Discounts, credits, or gestures of goodwill are neither redeemable for cash nor transferable.
8. Cancellation & Absence
Training & Courses
- Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions not canceled in time are considered used.
- There is no entitlement to make up missed group training sessions.
Camps
The following cancellation conditions apply:
From 2 days before the start or in case of no-show: 100% charge
Up to 14 days before start: free of charge.
13–7 days before the start: 20% charge
6–3 days before the start: 30% charge
9. Weather and Events Beyond Our Control
In the event that courts are unplayable (e.g., due to weather or force majeure), the Provider decides on alternative dates, indoor training, or cancellation of training.
No refund is due if an equivalent replacement service is offered.
10. Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Accidents occurring outside of training hours
- Self-inflicted injuries
Participants are liable for any damage they cause to facilities, equipment, or third parties.
11. Photo & Video Recordings
Photos and video recordings may be taken during training sessions, camps, and events.
These may be used for documentation and marketing purposes (website, social media, printed materials). Any objection must be submitted in writing in advance.
12. Data Protection
The version of the privacy policy in effect on our website shall apply. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of contract administration and participant care.
13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Austrian laws apply.
The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Tulln.
4. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
By registering for a service, customers expressly acknowledge these Terms and Conditions.

The personal data provided is electronically stored by the tennis instructor for the purpose of managing students and courses. No data is shared with third parties.
In particular, we process the following data:
- Contact details (name, address, phone number, e‑mail)
- Booking and payment data
- Contents of communications (including e‑mails and messages)
For the administration of bookings, courses, and camps, for responding to inquiries, and for the management of the facility.
- Legal Basis
Personal data is processed for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for compliance with statutory duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and based on legitimate interests, such as the organization of sports activities and security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To the extent that you provide consent (e.g., for specific marketing measures), processing will additionally be carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; such consent may be revoked at any time. - Website & Cookies
When visiting our website, access data (e.g., IP address, time of access, pages visited) is automatically processed for technical reasons in order to provide the site and ensure system security. As part of training, camps, and events, photographs and video recordings may be captured to document and advertise our services (including website, social media, and printed materials).
